Utell Identity
Terms of Use
1. Authorised use
Utell Identity may be used only by people and organisations authorised under the applicable service agreement. Administrative access is for approved operational purposes only. You must comply with all applicable laws, contractual obligations, and security procedures.
2. Administrator responsibilities
- Use an assigned individual account; do not share accounts or credentials.
- Keep passwords, recovery material, access tokens, and exported data confidential.
- Use administrative functions only to perform authorised tasks.
- Report suspected compromise, incorrect access, or security incidents promptly through the approved support route.
- Do not disable, bypass, or interfere with security controls, audit records, rate limits, or service monitoring.
3. Acceptable use restrictions
You must not use the platform to access personal data without authority, conduct bulk extraction without approval, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious content, interfere with service availability, or use the platform for unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
4. Privacy and personal data
Personal data must be handled only for authorised purposes and in accordance with the applicable agreement, privacy notice, retention schedule, and legal requirements. The Privacy Notice explains the general platform approach. Customer-specific responsibilities must be documented separately where applicable.
5. Availability, maintenance, and changes
The platform may be updated, maintained, or temporarily restricted to protect security, reliability, or compliance. Material service commitments, support arrangements, and remedies are governed by the applicable signed agreement rather than this page.
6. Intellectual property
Utell, related branding, software, documentation, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership interest is transferred through use of the platform except as expressly stated in a written agreement.
7. Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary to protect the platform, investigate a suspected breach, comply with law, or enforce the applicable agreement. Suspension does not limit any rights or remedies available under that agreement.
8. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the law and contractual arrangements specified in the applicable service agreement. Where no separate agreement applies, mandatory legal requirements may still apply.
9. Contact
For support or access issues, use the approved service-support route. For privacy matters, contact privacy@utell.me.
